  • Hazard and Risk Analysis HARA : Perform safety risk analysis and reduction using HARA/HAZOP on the item definition to identify Safety Goals, Safety functions, and read the safe states with SIL or ASIL level and SOTIF
  • Hazard and Operatability Analysis HAZOP: Identify malfunctions using HAZOP which is an exploratory analysis that takes into account the deviation from the system design or operating intentions.
  • Failure Modes & Effect Inductive Analysis FMEA: Perform qualitative or quantitative FMEA or DFMEA, reliability block diagrams on System, Hardware, Software or Mechanical to uncover safety related functional, technical or process related failure mode areas.
  • Fault Tree Deductive Analysis FTA: Augment the FMEA analysis with top down FTA analysis approach to link faults to system safety goals.
  • Quantitative SPFM, LFM, PMHF, MTTFd, PHF Safety Analysis using FMEDA: Perform quantitative evaluation of the system or hardware for single point or latent dual second faults, hardware fault accumulation to check if the target SPFM, LPM, PMHF, PHF MTTFd target level related to Safety levels are met.
  • Verification and Validation of failure modes targets: Test and validate the design and product safety related failure modes using simulations and failure insertion testing.
  • Functional Safety Analysis Tools : We conduct Safety related failure analysis using industry standard and functional safety compliant tools for e.g SOX, exida, Medini which rely on failure database from Siemens or IEC 62380 equivalent.
